Rates are quoted based on a $100,000.00 loan with a 20% down payment and a 30 year term (0%, 3%, 5% and 10% down payment programs are also available). Rates are subject to borrower's qualifications under guidelines for the chosen program. Rates are subject to change without notice. This is not an offer to extend credit, as defined by Regulation Z.
